- Blonde sphagnum peat moss and perlite, mixed in a 50:50 ratio, create a classic blend that helps all kinds of easy-growing carnivorous plants thrive.

This kit is ideal for repotting Dionaea muscipula (Venus flytrap) and particularly hardy Drosera species, such as Drosera capensis.
We recommend performing a potting-up approximately two months after purchasing the plant. This helps minimize transplant shock while giving the roots more space to grow, encouraging healthy and vigorous development. After about a year of cultivation, a complete repotting is recommended to refresh the substrate, supply fresh nutrients, and ensure the best possible conditions for the plant’s health.
